Have you made any recent changes in your system or QuickBooks? If yes, then probably that would be stopping your QuickBooks not to open. 1. The first solution is to close the QBW32.exe files. You can do it from your Windows operating system by right-clicking on the Windows taskbar and then click start task manager. Click the processes tab, click the image name header to minimize the process. Now you can locate and select QBW32.exe and then click end process.
2. Another solution is to suppress the QuickBooks desktop application. You might have to take help from QuickBooks experts to follow the solution.
3. Sometimes restarting your desktop can also eliminate minor technical glitches that were causing your QuickBooks not to open.
